Q1: What is your terms of payment?

A1: 30% payment as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos and videos of the LED video wall and packages before you pay balance.

Q2: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A2: Express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive. Air shipping and sea shipping are also optional, shipping time is depends on distance.

Q3: What technical supports can you offer?

We provide all kinds of technology training free, including operate and maintain LED screens in our factory. All operation manuals, software, test reports , CAD drawings of the steel structure and installation video can be provided free. If necessary, RTLED can send an engineer to customer’s country to guide installation for LED display.

Q4: How about the production time?

A4: Generally, it will takes about 7-15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. We have some rental LED display in stock, which can be shipped within 3 days.
